We have partnered with the Baltimore Area Evaluators (BAE) to offer this free virtual events for members of the Evaluation Association of St. Louis (EASL).

Description:
Have you ever come across a data visual that makes your brain hurt because it is so busy, complex, or worse totally unclear? Do you stick to tables and text because the idea of producing a data visual is daunting? Well, you are not alone! Together we will dig into a variety of data visuals, discuss what makes them compelling, and collectively unpack best-practices for creating our own.

Allison will have data visuals to review, but if you would like to discuss something you have already created, please email it to her no later than April 16th.

Presenter: Allison Magagnosc
Allison is the Data Management and Evaluation Coordinator at the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative where she develops and maintains data collection procedures, trains staff, and ensures data quality for contract oversight and evaluation. Prior to joining GHHI, she worked as a Project Manager for the Public Health Management Corporation, conducting research and evaluation of educational initiatives, in addition to providing technical support for nonprofits to strengthen their evaluation capacity. Allison also serves as the Vice President and Secretary of the Baltimore Area Evaluators, a local affiliate of AEA. She earned her Master’s degree in Statistics, Measurement, Assessment and Research Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Gettysburg College.

Evaluation Association of St. Louis is a 501(c)6 business association.
