Developing an Evaluation Plan
Matt Feldmann with Goshen Education Consulting will lead a conversation on how to develop an evaluation plan. Specifically, the program will be focused on developing an evaluation plan for a proposal in advance of funding. He will outline his 10 step approach that include support for SMART goal setting, logic model development, connection between goals and evaluation questions, time estimation, and budget scoping.
The EASL Eval Chat group will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 2 pm* with brief presentations, facilitated conversation, and space for EASL members to bring their problems of practice, brush up on some of the foundations of evaluation, and build community with other cool evaluation geeks!
For more information, questions, or comments, contact EASL Programming Chair, Maia Elkana.
